The best way to use your neighbor wifi , just hack it but you should be anonymous. This trick is only for your education or you can consider to enhance your knowledge.
So first of all
- Open CMD mean Command Prompt
- Then clear the screen by typing "cls" and press enter
- Then type the command
netsh wlan show networks mode=bssid
- And press enter
- Then type this command
netsh wlan connect name=(Wifi-Name)
- Then press enter
